Social Services

In our Social Ministry we attempt to imitate the unconditional love of Christ, His care and concern for other as we serve the under-privileged in our society.  This ministry covers the orphans, single parents, unwanted babies, prisoners, and marginalized persons.  Feeding of the mentally-ill in the streets is one singled ministry that touches the heart of many neighbors as we follow the Gospel of Christ.  We also engage in economic empowerment of women at all levels and classes, and encourage personal and community efforts for self-help.  Engaging in agricultural and fishery programs, small-scale industries for self-reliance and creation of job opportunities for the unemployed is a favorite ministry in our communities.
